The postgraduate education international students received at IEAS will empower them with the knowledge, skills, and long-term vision that lead to innovation and growth. IEAS will also prepare them to navigate the unprecedented dynamic changes the future East Asia will certainly bring. And, international students will build an academic network that will continue to sustain them, long after their graduation from our master degree courses. IEAS offers master degree programs to both Chinese and international students in three areas: Japanese studies, Korean studies and East Asian studies. Our master programs focus on developing advanced proficiency in Japanese and Korean with the goal of carrying out cultural studies. While achieving high proficiency in Japanese and Korean, these graduate majors are exposed to the major works of East Asian studies.
