On 13 April 2016, Mr Lu Hongwu (卢洪武), a famous senior engineer of sedan manufacturing technology, hosted a philatelic exhibition of one-fifth of his private collection at the exhibition room of IEAS. IEAS became a philatelic museum full of visitors on this unusual day. As an ardent prominent blogger of more than 30 years philatelic history, he writes in the famous penname of Sankouyiping (三口一平) in order to assist stamp collectors and build global amicable relationship by sharing philatelic experience. He expertizes in the collection of Japanese postage stamps. His private collection covers some ninety percent of all categories of Japanese postage stamps and related items which had been officially issued by the Japanese Government.
