Mr Ryuraku SANYUTE (三游亭竜楽) , a great master specializing in presenting rakugo in seven languages, performed and staged rakugo in both Chinese and Japanese. His relentless innovative artistic attempt brimmed over with new theatrical potentials. Other presentation topics included Professor WANG Yong’s Research on Japanese Offer of Sacrifices to Gods and Ancestors, Madam Kaori SAKURAMOTO’s Open Field and Tea House, and Professor Lu Shun Chang’s Rituals of Weiqi(Go).
